Warranty
Southeatern Stair Company offers a one year limited liability warranty on
materials and workmanship. All parts must be finished within 30 days of installation. The installation of our parts must be done
in accordance to all local building codes and by a qualified experienced installer. Southeastern Stair Company is not responsible
for any failure or defects in workmanship if the parts are not installed by a Southeastern Stair Company qualified installer.
All parts need to be final sanded with at least 220 grit sand paper prior to any finishing. Southeastern Stair Company is
not responsible for the final finishing results.
Wood and Iron Baluster Returns:
Wood Returns:Our wood products are built specially for You. Wood products are not returnable and may not
be cancelled once the order has been acknowledged. Iron Returns:
Custom Wood Returns:
Our custom made wood products are all special ordered. Prepayment of 100% of all custom ordered items must
be made prior to manufacturing and all are non returnable and cannot be cancelled once order is made.
Southeastern Stair Company has a "No Hassle" policy regarding iron products. All
returns are assessed a 30% restocking fee and freight charges are non refundable.
- Product must be in sellable condition.
- If product has been opened, please be sure to package it in such a way that is not damaged when returned to
us.
- A return authorization must first be requested from Southeastern Stair Company. Returns without a return
authorization will be refused at delivery and returned to you.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days from time of shipment.
- Southeastern Stair Company reserves the right to determine final credit given based upon the above criteria.
